Free calendar use

You may download, customize, and print our templates for personal, classroom, and workplace planning without payment or an account. You may share a file or printed copy for those uses if you keep the Print Grid Calendar credit and permission line intact.

Do not remove the credit and present our designs as your own, or sell an unaltered template as your own product. Calendar dates and public facts remain public facts. Third-party fonts and software retain their respective licenses; downloadable font license notices are included with the site’s font assets.

Check the date and scope

The site serves US planning. New York Eastern Time is the reference for today and meeting tools. Federal observed dates follow the conventional Monday–Friday schedule. Federal holidays do not establish every state, school, bank, or employer closure.

School and semester templates are planning ranges; add your institution’s official dates. Check your selected year, week start, paper size, and date range before using a file. See our sources and calculation rules and report an error when a correction is needed.

Responsible use and availability

Do not disrupt the website, misuse its forms, or attempt to access private requests or administrator accounts. Public calendars and downloads may change or become unavailable.

The templates and tools are provided as available for general planning. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on a planning file or calculation. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Information you submit is handled as explained in the Privacy Policy. External sources and software have their own terms.
