Print Grid CalendarFree calendars. Ready to print.

Your plans stay in your browser

Custom calendar entries, print settings, date calculations, and files you generate are processed in your browser. These entries are not uploaded to us. A shared settings link contains the selected dates and print settings; opening that link sends its URL to the website. It does not contain personal calendar entries. Ready-made downloads are delivered through assets.printgridcalendar.com, our DigitalOcean Spaces content delivery service.

Optional download counters are off by default. If enabled through the local usage tool, they store file-format and template click counts in your browser’s local storage. They do not record your calendar entries. An imported Search Console CSV is read locally and is not uploaded.

Information sent to the website

  • Search: your search text is sent in the page URL to return matching pages. Avoid entering private information.
  • Forms: contact and correction forms send the information you choose to provide. Requests are saved privately for the site maintainer. A reply email is optional on the contact form.
  • Server requests: serving and protecting pages can involve an IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time in server or security logs.

We use this information to deliver pages, address requests, correct errors, and prevent abuse. Form rate limiting uses a temporary salted identifier derived from the requesting IP address. We retain requests while needed to address them and maintain the site; you may ask for deletion.

The website does not use advertising trackers or third-party audience analytics. We do not sell submitted information or share it for targeted advertising. Rocket.net, Cloudflare, and DigitalOcean process hosting, security, and file requests to operate the website; information may also be disclosed when legally required.

Cookies and your choices

Public calendar tools do not require tracking cookies. WordPress login pages use functional authentication cookies for administrators. Clearing this site’s browser storage removes optional local counts; use the local usage tool’s clear control to remove those counts directly.

We do not use cross-site behavioral tracking, including when a browser sends a Do Not Track signal. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted. Provide a request reference or enough context to identify it, and avoid sending sensitive identity documents.

These tools support general planning. Children should use them with an adult and should not submit personal information. Contact us if a child has submitted personal information so we can address removal.
